Hello, the purpose of our thermal bag is to help maintain the current temperature of the products placed inside, whether cold or hot, for a certain period of time. So it does not have cooling or heating capability on its own. Our customer left the product under the sun for hours, expecting it to work as a refrigerator. Performance of our product Factors such as the initial temperature of the products, the external ambient temperature, how often the bag is opened and closed, whether the product is left in the sun rather than in the shade, and the duration of use are major factors affecting the insulation. Again, when you have a long term cold demand, we recommend using ice batteries.

Hello, welcome. Our bag helps protect your products against external factors and retains heat for a while. But to note it will not provide a refrigerator or cooler performance. We wish you healthy days.
