Despite her old age and her legs that have fallen asleep, she goes everywhere accompanied by her grandson, a nice conversationalist, caring, as endless as the seas stretching around the island of imagination, freedom-loving, never dropping a book from her hand, not setting prohibitions on children and passing on her memories to her grandson as if they were fairy tales... sophia, of course, learns a lot from her.

Despite their differences on most issues, he is quite attached to his grandmother... stories about the intertwined lives and close friendships of an elderly grandmother and a young girl take place in a dreamlike cloud, the kind that can only happen in the north.
