Ayrıntı Yayınları Travma Ve Ruh

Product description

In this book, donald kalsched examines mystical and spiritual moments that arise in psychoanalytic proximity.

clinical examples, therapy dialogues and dreams show how deep therapy can go.

through those who survived the trauma, the doors of the “other world” where light and darkness meet, outside the ordinary order, are opened to the one who analyzes.

Kalsched argues that this mito-poetic world is not a defense mechanism, as freud suggested, which is the product of our struggle against the painful realities of life, but rather the enduring reality of the human experience: a mystery that is at the center of the healing process and which strangely resists it at other times.

this book is the product of the effort to re-illuminate the mystery of psychoanalytic work.

ordinary patients and ordinary psychotherapists work together, telling their stories of looking at the reality of the human mind and the depths of the psyche, and of transformation through experience.

trauma and soul will be particularly intriguing for psychotherapists, psychoanalysts, analytical psychologists and psychoanalytic art therapists, including those with a “psychical” orientation. Life has always seemed to me like a plant living on its roots. The real life is invisible, it is hidden in the root. The part visible above the ground only lives for one summer.

then it turns yellow, fades and dies, short-lived? A view? I have never lost the feeling that there is something living under the endless flow and patiently carrying its existence. What we see is the flower that blooms and it is temporary.

if there is any left, it is the root handle. Carl gustav jung
