Product description

Victor serge was a revolutionary rebel.

he spent more than ten years of his fifty-seven years of life in prisons. In his novel, inside, he describes the five years he spent as an anarchist political prisoner in french prisons from 1912 to 1917, before being exiled to russia. The content is a disturbing novel with its understated but vivid and realistic narrative. Perhaps in prisons where we live but are unaware, victor serge takes the reader to a cold reality far from exaggeration, about prison administration, guards and the crime(s) of contempt. Everything that happens is real, we know, not because we experienced it or because the author told us so, but because this is the state of knowledge. We know that this book is not only about what's inside, but perhaps even more so, about the pantry outside.

With all their crimes, cruelty and blindness, to society

The one who loves and forgets, denies, leaves hungry, turns away, leaves longing for a human voice and breath in the dark cells, is aware of each part of this dark system, not only with its literary value but also with its political significance.

only knowing that the system can be worse than people, you'll hear a voice rising from souls and bodies that lack life, prohibitions: walk, convicts, walk! One, two, one, two.

there is no end to this walk.

there is no end to time.

there is no end to the crime to wet.

there is no end to misery. There is no end to the management of pigs. Product name: inside the house product code: 9789755399706 author: victor serge publication year: 2015 cover type: number of pages: 272 paper type: translator: gülen aktaş
