I entered the wrong last digit of the tax number when creating the order. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted your customer representative to inform them that there was an error in the invoice. I was told to contact back after the item was delivered. I created a request immediately after the product was delivered and stated that the invoice needed to be corrected. I was told that it would be fixed within 4 business days. But after 4 business days, I was sent the wrong invoice again. I created a request again and the same wrong invoice was sent to me again. During this process, although I made repeated requests for about 15 days, the problem was not solved. Finally, I created a request again and was told that I had to cancel the invoice, sending the same invoice again. However, that particular invoice does not show up in the system I use. So how do I cancel a receipt that is not in my system? I do not accept the same wrong invoice being sent over and over again for about 15 days, even though the error was reported to you from the beginning and it was stated that it would be corrected by you. I request that the invoice be corrected with the correct tax number or that it be canceled and reissued correctly by you. I would like to specifically state that the issue was not caused by me and was reported to you from the beginning of the process.
