If you are fuller at the waist, the blouse is fixed for size 44. I bought a L/XL. It is a mixture of qualitative material and synthetic and cotton. Now if you have large breasts I would suggest 2xl/3xl. If they are bigger, a little fixed.

Soft, sweet, and comfortable cotton pajamas. Only the chest cup is small, but it stretches, meaning it doesn't feel tight, but the chest becomes exposed. I am 165 cm tall and weigh 76 kg, and size 2XL-3XL fits me well.
