Product description
Jurisprudence is a branch of science that examines the process of correct legal thought and decision-making.
Logic is a science that teaches the rules of correct thinking.
Logic science is at the basis of thought in general and legal thought in particular.
For this reason, the first book of his work on legal methodology deals with logic issues; the second book examines the basic issues of legal methodology.
The methodology of law is being established and developed in our country.
Although it has started to be taught as a selective course in some law faculties, its importance has not been fully understood.
This course should be taught as a mandatory and important course in law schools.
One of the unfortunate subjects, like legal methodology, is logic.
Logic, which was taught in ottoman medreses along with grammar and as a basis for other lessons, has lost its importance in the republic period.
The logic, which also forms the basis of legal thought, should be taught as a course in law schools.
In this respect, we have divided our book into the first part of logic and the second part of the methodology of law.
The number of works written in our country in the field of legal methodology is quite limited.
It appears that a small number of scientists working in various fields of law are interested in legal methodology.
Each new study takes legal methodology a step further.
However, the number and quality of legal methodology studies need to increase further.
In our work, it can be criticized that the logical part is kept long and the methodological issues are explained too theoretically.
The abundance of logical issues is intended to attract the attention of the jurist to this science.
I think the theoretical nature of the methodology issues can be addressed in future editions by incorporating practical examples.
