ARVALE Ceramic Coffee Cup with Surprise Cat Figure – Hidden Design Mug

I really liked it—it was so cute

I bought it as a gift for my wife, she liked it, only there is black in some parts.

I have been using it for about a month and today I was really horrified. Thanks to you, I have been drinking dishwater teas for a month and I bought this mug as a gift for myself, my brother and my friend, and I exposed both myself and them to this. Your products are very nice, yes they look very nice, but why does the water of the dishwasher come out of the machine? It leaks into the clean glass from under the cat? Once I saw it, it was under the sink, I thought it was leaking, the second time I thought it was dishwater, the third time I noticed it was leaking from under the cat and I thought it was a few drops, so I boiled water and poured it to clean it, and there was an orange color at the bottom of the glass, anyway, I said I'd use the other one I bought, there was coffee in it, I poured it out, I kept a little water, a little coffee stain remained. I wiped off the remaining liquid coffee with a napkin to see if water came out from underneath. I didn't want to take your sin. I wiped the water that came out twice, dried it with a napkin, hit it on the edge of the cup and water came out again. I have three products I bought from you at home right now. I experienced this situation in two of them. I didn't dare to look at the third. It is really to see this in a product sold in terms of food. It's not something I bought new, and it's been a month now. Why am I drinking dirty water? For God's sake, whoever is going to buy it should keep in mind, is the seller aware of such a possibility or situation? I don't know, but the responsibility for this does not belong to the consumer anyway. One of the mugs arrived broken once, it was supplied well, it is disturbing to show such an attitude, that's why I'm sorry, it's a very disturbing situation. I will add my comment to other products, thank you for the great service.

It has nothing to do with the photo
