Artema A42725 Root Round Chrome Bathroom Faucet

I ordered an Artema bathroom faucet, but you sent me the wrong product. I returned it exactly as it arrived— without even tampering with the factory barcode on the incorrect item— yet for the past two days, it’s still listed as “under review”! Not only did you send the wrong product, but by dragging out the process for two days, you’re causing the customer unnecessary hardship! I have not been disrespectful or rude in any way! I didn’t want to write a review like this here—I’ve been patient, but I’ve been chasing this order for a week now! It’s a matter of justice, a matter of justice, a matter of justice! What are you still waiting for regarding the return?
