Can it be applied to the hair and should we use it hungry or full?
Answer from Masala
Yes, Pumpkin Seed Oil can be applied to hair. Helps nourish hair follicles, reduce hair loss, and restore shine. How to use: You can apply it by massaging the roots of your hair. Leave for 30–60 minutes, then rinse with shampoo. It can be applied 2–3 times a week. For internal use (by mouth): Since it is 100% pure cold-pressed oil, it is suitable for food. 1 teaspoon can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or on a full stomach, it does not matter; however, taking it on a full stomach is more suitable for those with stomach sensitivity.
