All praises are due to Allah-u Te’âlâ.

The best prayers and most perfect greetings be upon the master of Ahmed-i Mahmûd-u Muhammed Mustafâ (Sallallâhu Aleyhi ve Sellem), his family, and his companions.

After this! Undoubtedly, one of the fundamental pillars of Islam is fasting.

In this regard, many individuals before us have authored both small and large works in Arabic, Ottoman, and Turkish.

We also, by following in their footsteps, aimed, with the complete will of Allah-u Te’âlâ, to contain within this work the virtuous deeds and fiqh rulings that are rarely seen together in many great works on this subject.

By Allah-u Te’âlâ’s guidance, we managed to complete this treatise on a Friday, which corresponds to the eighth day of the month of Ramadan-ı Şerif in the year 1425 Hijri, despite being in very painful and difficult circumstances, with the great support of my closest ones.

A point I wish to highlight

It should not be surprising that some of the sources I directly provided from the Kutub-i Sitte-i Sahîha do not mention the volume but do mention the page.

For the sake of convenience, all volumes have been combined into one volume in our scholarly field of new publications.

Our prayer to Allah-u Te’âlâ is that this treatise be lasting for those who apply it, and that He does not close our record of deeds.

Without a doubt, the guardian of acceptance is none other than Him.

Amen!
