Aram Yayınları Sinop'Ta İdam Geceleri

Product description

Yılmaz sezgin has seen diyarbakır's 5th dungeon, which is neither ahead nor behind sinop. While waiting for the execution of the death sentence he received there, from the moment of the sinop sentence, every conversation from the cell, every movement, the attitude shown to a condemned person has been shown to him every time. And the death penalty has been changed to a tenfold execution. In the middle of the night or at dawn, after a sleep interrupted by a cut, going back and forth to 'the beyond' in a half-dream state, and tying the knotted oily rope... was it just a body that would be strangled, swinging at the limits of its endurance? Is it the body that keeps hitting left and right in the reflex of being stuck on this hanger that he also tried? What was it like to darken yourself, to be absorbed by your own willfulness and not to give yourself up for another breath, as in others, and in the future, to be at the threshold of surrender? Apart from whether sinopcezaevin was turned into a museum considering other examples, this powerful narrative of every age that comes to life in yılmaz sezgin's memory is a great legacy. Moreover, after navigating through the twists and turns of a prison-based literacy adventure, it has transformed into another richness

a legacy that renews itself without leaving a comment on the expressionless facade of museums.
