My advice, and God knows best, is that this is one of the best proteins in beef. It doesn't cause bloating or nausea, and you'll want to eat it every day. It's light on the stomach, like pineapple.

Excellent in terms of taste, but there are better ones. After a while, it becomes difficult to drink, and the color of the pineapple appears dark after use when using the toilet.
