Review - I am writing this review for the Anker product that I have ordered through Trendyol. This is my first order through this platform. My experience has been smooth from start to finish. The item was delivered as advertised in perfect working condition. Genuine and authentic brand product at a very reasonable price.

The product is new, but the color sent was silver, not black as ordered. The store should have let me know it was out of stock, and then I could have decided whether to have it shipped or cancel the order and order from another store. The problem is that the store knew the color was different and included a note in case I didn’t want to return it?? Well, who’s going to compensate me for the time I wasted waiting?
