Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello sir, unfortunately we do not sell online.

It's very nice, but the opening and closing lever seems to be stuck. I haven't worn it yet, but I haven't been able to open it. Do I need to stretch it?
Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello sir, open and close it 45 times, it will loosen a little, the reason why it is made a little harder is so that you can use it for many years, since it is not something that is constantly opened and closed, it is produced in this way so that the arm does not loosen and the leaves do not hang down after a certain time.

Hello again, the horizontal part is 44 cm, which is enough. Since my vertical space is 45.5 cm, it fits easily into the window frame.
Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ

I need direct 45/43 net size
Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello, since it is a superficial gluing grille, the products sold on the internet increase by 5 cm each.
Translated by Google
Hello, my measurement is 45/43. Can you make it with these measurements? Is there a gap behind the vent? Is the vent flat?
Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello, the vent is a superficial vent and the back is flat. When purchasing a gasket, you need to buy it larger than your gap measurement so that it can stick from the outside to the outside after closing the gap. If the measurement you give is the gap size, you can buy a 50x50 grille.
Translated by Google
Hello, the gap size is 39.5 - 34.5 cm. As a vent, 45-45 cm would be better, or 45-40 cm. (Visually, I thought it might be better if the square was 45-45 cm)
Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello, if the space size you gave is width x length, you can buy 45x40 cm, if it is the opposite, you can buy 40x45 cm, it will be suitable. The measurements in the title are 1. In 2. Please pay attention to this when buying Boydur.

Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello sir, you can buy a 45x45 cm grille according to your space size. We produce all parts, including the wire on the back of the product, from aluminum material ourselves.

Hello, I will install this product on the glass area. I am a little confused about whether it will cut off too much light.
Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello, when the leaves are closed, it cuts off and if it is open, light will enter. However, of course, it does not receive light completely like glass, we do not think you will have any problems in this regard.

Hello, I couldn't take measurements. If I send you a photo, you can take a look.
Answer from ALÜPAN MENFEZ
Hello, you cannot send it here, but if you send us the gap measurement of the place where you will stick the vent, along with the width, we can better help you with what size to take.
