Product Q&As
I'm placing an order, but I'm not sure whether to get a size 38 or 39. My other sneakers have a 24.5 insole, but a size 39 was too big for me in a different model. Will these fit?
Answer from Alta Gracia
Size 38 would fit your foot perfectly, sir. Our fit is perfect, not a tight fit, so 39 is too big.
Translated by Google
If I have wider feet, are these okay?
Answer from Alta Gracia
Yes sir, our products are full fit and not tight fit.
Translated by Google
Is the sole light?
Answer from Alta Gracia
It's not very light, sir. The product is approximately 800 grams

Answer from Alta Gracia

Does this pass? Does it have holes on the side?
Answer from Alta Gracia
No sir, the holes won't go through, they won't go all the way to the inside.

Is there a male model? ?
Answer from Alta Gracia
This is unisex sir, but unfortunately there is no 41-44 range.

Hello, the base seems problematic in the comment. I hesitated, will I have any problems if I buy it? Is it a common problem
Answer from Alta Gracia
Sir, that is not a problem, this is the feature of this base. Other models with this base are available. In all of them, not every part of the bottom is mirrored, there is no mirror in some parts, and if you examine the images, the same image is also in the image showing the base. So base production is like this

Answer from Alta Gracia
The heel part extends beyond 2 fingers and is known as a balloon heel. This shoe is a unisex shoe, but our sizes and fit are for women, sir.
