Hello, can I know the benefits?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
The product is our own manufacture and is made from Çankırı rock salt. Thanks to the bulb we have installed inside the salt lamp, it heats up and the heated rock salt emits negative ions into the room it is in. Negative ions break down positive ions, helping to purify the air. + ions detect invisible dust, pollen, bacteria, radiation, etc. It eliminates objects floating in the room and helps you take a deep breath of fresh air.

Is it useful if we do not use the night light? Do we have to use the night light?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
Our eferndim products are not lighting tools, the bulb in the rock salt is installed to heat the salt. The heated rock salt cleans the air of the environment by spreading the ions and minerals in the air.

Hello, there are comments that the product has melted and there is wetness at the bottom. Why does it get wet and melt over time?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
Sir, our products are not lighting tools, the bulb inside the rock salt is installed for heating the salt. The heated rock salt spreads the ions and minerals in it into the air, cleaning the air of the environment and at the same time allows it to dry the collected moisture. Therefore, when you do not turn on the bulb, the product starts to release the moisture it has collected and it melts. This situation depends entirely on the user's regular use of the product.
