Product Q&As
What is the most effective way to use it to sleep comfortably, that is, how long before going to bed should we plug it in?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
It should be lit 1 hour before going to bed and it is enough to stay lit until the morning.

Thank you I will try it. It's been a long time since I bought it and now they both don't light up, I think it exploded. Also, these salt lamps have never melted. Their sizes always remain the same. We leave ours on for days at a time. Is it something that is not supposed to run out?
Answer from ARASTA TUZCUSU
If there is not much humidity, it will not melt, sir.
