Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, there is no palm rejection, sir.

Even though the product is fully charged, it does not connect. What should I do? (ipad 9th generation)

Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello sir, you can use it without connection.

Translated by Google

Does it make a clicking sound on the screen?

Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, No, it does not make an annoying “clicking” sound on the screen. The tip of the stylus is soft and compatible with the screen. It does not make noise and does not damage the screen under normal use. It is also recommended to use with a glass screen protector for a smoother experience. We wish you a nice day.

Translated by Google

Hello, is it suitable for solving questions and writing on the phone?

The pen turns off on its own, I can't turn it on, how do I turn it on?

Answer from Akıllıphone

Hi, if the device shuts off on its own, it is most likely low on charge. Please try again by fully charging the pen with a 5V/2A adapter or a computer USB port. If the problem persists, you can contact us. We wish you a nice day.

I put the pen on charge but the light is not on and I can't turn it on

Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello sir, Please try charging the product with a 5V/2A adapter for 1-2 hours. Also, test it with a different charging cable and adapter. Press and hold the power button on the top of the pen for 2-3 seconds to turn it on. If the problem persists, you can contact us by creating a support request.
