Product Q&As
The moon is not shining, what should I do?
Answer from Merty Avm
It should be direct light, it needs more light because it has a large surface. If the chandelier is facing downwards, it does not get good light, leave it on the moon for 5-6 minutes. You can get light by shining a light on it.

Do we need to shine light for 5-6 minutes for it to shine? If we turn off the light after it shines, how many minutes will it shine?
Answer from Merty Avm
If the product does not see light, it does not shine. If it has received strong light, its glow will increase. If you expose it to light for 15-20 minutes, it will shine for about 4-5 hours. After exposure to light, you should turn off the ambient light, the darker the environment, the more intense the glow will be.

Is there blue, how many are there and is it plastic or paper?
Answer from Merty Avm
