Alfa Yayınları Requiem + Color Highlighter Pen

Product description

“i thought: well, this guy will never come. In antonio tabucchi's "requiem," a masterpiece of 20th-century italian literature written in portuguese, the story unfolds on the last sunday of july in lisbon, at the precise moment of high noon, recounting a wait and a wandering. Our protagonist wanders through deserted streets and docks, stopping by the city's bars and taverns, indulging in traditional portuguese cuisine and drinks.

in this journey, dead people accompany him along with the living. This process, while waiting for a poet who will meet at midnight, much like fernando pessoa and already dead, turns into a lisbon methaphor made up of a mixture of dream, reality, illusion and subconscious. Requiem, reminiscent of a mysterious and profound experience, is a gift dedicated by the author to his beloved portugal and pessoa.

…today will be a day full of troubles, but you will also be purified, and perhaps after that you will make peace with yourself and find peace, my son, at least that is my wish.
