    Hello, does it rust?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, the product is stainless steel.

    Translated by Google

I wonder if there is a 7cm round sink?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, We do not have it in stock.

    Translated by Google

What is the bottom spindle length? ?

    Answer from aletçantam

    Dear customer, it is 3cm

    Translated by Google

Won't small pieces get trapped inside?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, very small parts may pass.

    Translated by Google

Is it okay if my kitchen sink is not perforated?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, no, it is not suitable.

    Translated by Google

Does it keep the water in the sink? Can vegetables be washed?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, yes the gasket at the bottom closes the water passage.

    Translated by Google

Does it prevent water from passing through

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, when the strainer is fully pressed, it shuts off the water. It acts as a stopper. It is shown in the video.

    Translated by Google

So how do we find it?

    Answer from aletçantam

You need to search on the web

    Translated by Google

Hello, what is the blue part at the bottom for?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, the strainer has 2 stages. Water flow continues in the 1st stage. When the strainer is pressed to the 2nd level, the blue seal acts as a stopper and cuts off the water.

    Translated by Google

I wonder if I should get the 20mm screw part longer in the product I have, the material of Teka

    Answer from aletçantam

No, it may not be suitable. It is short.

    Translated by Google

It fits my full kitchen sink, but will it fit both the large and small sides?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, yes it is compatible on both sides.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I am using the old model sink of Tekan. Is the pin of this sink short or long? The ones with short pins do not fit, water accumulates in the sink. Would this fit?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, pin length is 2cm. Unfortunately there is no longer one

    Translated by Google

So, is the shaft of your product adjustable or fixed?

    Answer from aletçantam

    NO it is fixed.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it a portable product? I mean, can I remove it, empty it and put it back when the filter is full?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, yes.You can also check the product video.

    Translated by Google

I don't know the size of this sink because is it standard?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, no you need to measure. 2. The dimensions are given in the picture.

    Translated by Google

The insanity looks very big, I wonder if it will act as a full filtration or is the area underneath like a finer sieve?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, there is no second sieve at the bottom. The upper holes are sufficient.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is the flow from this filter normal? How is it used?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, the product has 2 stages. When fully pressed, it acts as a stopper, cutting off the water flow. When half pressed, the filter becomes visible.

    Translated by Google

Good day, will the radius measurement of 8 and a half cm fit my drain?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, yes it is suitable

    Translated by Google

The bottom part of the pin is 4 centimeters. I know yours is 2 centimeters, but is it okay?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, no, it will come soon.

    Translated by Google

    My sink strainer is 11cm

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, it is not suitable. The inner filter diameter is 8cm.

    Translated by Google

the product fit the sink perfectly but it doesn't let water through why is that?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, if you press the strainer fully, it acts as a stopper and shuts off the water. If you press it halfway, it acts as a strainer and allows water to flow.

    Translated by Google

Hello, do you have the one with pin length 5 cm?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, We do not have it in stock.

    Translated by Google

You answered that the shaft length is 3cm, does this measurement include the screw head? Is it just the underside? I need one with a bottom side of 3cm.

    Answer from aletçantam

No, only the bottom side is 2cm. Handle is excluded.

    Translated by Google

    what does it do

    Answer from aletçantam

It is a strainer suitable for 8cm diameter garbage disposals with a hole in the middle. it does not accommodate standard flushes.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it possible to have a hole diameter of 12 cm?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, no, it is not suitable.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I go to the sink, it is 7 cm in diameter, you know the classic sink drain size. You said 8 centimeters, but are you talking about the outer frame? Will it fit if I buy it?

    Answer from aletçantam

Dear customer, the diameter of the pit where the strainer sits is 8cm. If it is 7cm, it will not fit

    Translated by Google

Hello, do you have the 6 cm version? Vitra Sink

    Answer from aletçantam
