I made more than one return on the site and my husband and I noticed that no refunds were made. When I spoke to customer service, they said the money was returned and the problem was with the bank. The second time she told me no, the money was not withdrawn from the bank at the time of payment and we won't we won't give you anything back, and the third time customer service ended the conversation and refused to refund the money.
