Al Haramain Haramain Oudh Ma'al Attar Large 50 gms

placed an order for a 50g product; however, I received a 40g item instead. I have attempted to contact both the seller and Trendyol multiple times, but I have not received any response. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the product is considered a hygienic item and therefore is not eligible for return or refund. However, this is not a return request based on preference — the issue is that the product received does not match the description provided on your platform. The product listing clearly states that the item is 50g, yet the delivered product is 40g. I kindly request a proper explanation and an appropriate resolution, either through a refund or compensation for the discrepancy.
