Instructions for Use/Warnings
External Use: Massage and Skin Care: Can be diluted 1:5 with carrier oil (e.g. almond, olive, jojoba oil) and used as a massage oil. Aromatherapy / Censer: 3-5 drops of rosemary oil can be placed in a censer or diffuser to diffuse a refreshing scent. Hair Care: A few drops can be added to shampoo or hair care oils. It should not come into contact with eyes. Internal Use: Food Use (Aromatic Purpose): 1-2 drops of rosemary oil can be mixed with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, honey or yogurt. It is not recommended to take it directly by mouth without dilution. Daily consumption dose should not exceed 1-2 drops. Adding to Hot Drinks: It can be used for aromatic purposes by adding 1 drop to herbal teas or hot water. It should be mixed thoroughly for a homogeneous mixture. Warnings: It should not be used undiluted. It should not come into contact with eyes. Pregnant women and children are advised to consult a specialist before use.
