Instructions for Use/Warnings
Usage Types: 1. External Use: Aromatherapy: Place 2-4 drops in a diffuser or censer to diffuse a fresh and refreshing scent. Skin Application: It can be diluted 1:4 with carrier oils (e.g. almond, jojoba, coconut oil) and massaged into the skin. It is recommended to test on a small area before direct application to the skin. Massage: Diluted peppermint oil can be massaged into the shoulders, neck and soles of the feet for relaxation. Hair Care: A few drops can be added to shampoo or hair care products. It should not come into contact with eyes. 2. Internal Use: Use with Food (Aromatic Purpose): 1 drop of peppermint oil can be mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey, yogurt or vegetable oil. The daily dose should be limited to 1-2 drops. Adding to Hot Drinks: A refreshing aroma can be obtained by adding 1 drop of peppermint oil to herbal teas. The oil should be mixed well with the liquid.
