My flat foot degree is 15 and 16. If I use this, will my flat foot degree be 20 and above? And how often should I use it? If I never take it off, will it be effective even if it stays on while I'm sleeping?
Answer from Akestoria Med
Hello, Our insoles are designed to support the arch of your foot and will not increase your flat foot degree. We recommend using the insoles regularly during walking and daily activities for best results. However, it will be better if you don't use it when you sleep to let your body rest. With regular use, you may feel relief and support over time. We wish you healthy days

My son is driving and it causes bruising and pain. I bought silicone and it did not help. Will this help?
Answer from Akestoria Med
This product can be helpful in reducing the pressure and friction generated during clutch usage. Thanks to the support inside, it corrects the angle at which the foot presses the pedal, allowing the load to be distributed more evenly. However, if the callus and wound are caused by direct pedal contact, it may be more effective to supplement with additional pads that protect the forefoot.

Is it useful for ice pressing? It weighs a kilo, it should have a little silicone, it should be thick, will it fit?
Answer from Akestoria Med
Yes, this product is well suited for the push in problem. The silicone support on the inside lifts the inner arch of your foot, helping to correct your gait. It is also suitable for overweight users, as its silicone construction is designed to withstand body weight

My feet are very wide. If it were a little tighter, would it cause some recovery?
Answer from Akestoria Med
This insole is designed to support the arch of the foot and for people who have the problem of flat feet (flatfoot). If you are looking for a product that will make your foot narrower by squeezing it, this model may not be the most suitable option for you. However, it helps improve walking comfort by improving weight distribution.
