The quality of the product is very good. It arrived without any problems and with careful packaging. I bought it for my terrace floor windows. After putting it on the cornice, I easily cut it with scissors. (In such windows, even if they are measured and sewn professionally, it can be a problem.)The product is very stylish and elegant. Also thank you very much seller for their kind gifts and replacement parts. I recommend it wholeheartedly 🤗

I wonder if mrb will block the sun?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello breaks the sun

Translated by Google

Is 280 available in size?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

We write 270 as a precaution, width is 300, length is around 270-280.

Translated by Google

Is this curtain difficult to wash or does it get tangled? How is it washed?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, we are sending you a washing bag as a gift while the product is being sent to you. You can wash the product by following the washing instructions on the description papers that come with the product. If you follow the instructions, there will be no problem even if the product is washed together with your other laundry. There will be no mixing. You can hang it slightly damp without ironing like your other curtains. Have a nice day. Best wishes.

Translated by Google

Is there anyone shorter?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, when we send the products, we send the tape at the bottom without cutting it, so that the products do not mix with each other and the ceiling lengths are different. Please, after hanging it, cut it to the desired length with the help of scissors. There will be no removal from the cut areas. Have a nice day.

Translated by Google

Hello, I want the strips of the curtain to be a little heavy and stiff. I have a cat at home and I want to try this curtain. If the fabric is cotton, it will be light.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, there is no remedy for the cat, if he obsesses about it, nothing can be done, this curtain is in the form of flat 2-3 mm strips, it is not like tulle, we think that it will not be very obvious because it is ribbon ropes even if it damages it.

Translated by Google

Hello, does it show more from the outside than from the inside? I will buy it for the kitchen.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

The curtain, which can show when used exactly, is at least 300 cm wide, for example, in a 2 meter or 2.5 meter area, it will stand more frequently, so the inside will not be visible.

Translated by Google

Hello, can you make it in 200×250 size?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Type in the rope model, all colors and sizes will appear on the internet. You can adjust the 180 cm model by cutting it after hanging it directly 200 cm in length.

Translated by Google

Even though I put it in a bag and washed it, it comes out of the bag and gets mixed up and cannot be opened.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

If you do not gather the part where the buttons are located and close it as it was when it first arrived, you can open it by hanging it instead of mixing it up.

Translated by Google

Hello, if it is too long, will it be okay if we cut it from the bottom?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, when we send the products, we send the tape at the bottom without cutting it, so that the products do not mix with each other and the ceiling lengths are different. Please, after hanging it, cut it to the desired length with the help of scissors. There will be no removal from the cut areas. Have a nice day.

Translated by Google

Hello, if it is too long, will it get stuck if we cut it a little?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, when we send the products, we send the tape at the bottom without cutting it, so that the products do not mix with each other and the ceiling lengths are different. Please, after hanging it, cut it to the desired length with the help of scissors. There will be no removal from the cut areas. Have a nice day.

Translated by Google

We have very high ceilings in ours. Work place. Can you make it 5 meters high?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, unfortunately the product is produced as standard.

Translated by Google

What is the width and length of my product, sir?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Width 300 cm, length 270 cm.

Translated by Google

Hello, do you have anthracite?

Translated by Google

The width of the product I received is not 3 meters and there was no washing bag included.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, did you measure the product after hanging it? Please measure it from the part where the buttons are on the top. How much did it turn out according to your measurement?

Translated by Google

Does this model have any other sizes in this color?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Type the rope model and all sizes will appear. There are 3 different sizes: 100 cm width, 180 cm width, 300 cm width.

Translated by Google

Is there a version of this curtain with a width of 2 meters?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

There is a model with 180 cm

Translated by Google

It's too long, would it be a problem if I cut it?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, when we send the products, we send the tape at the bottom without cutting it, so that the products do not mix with each other and the ceiling lengths are different. Please, after hanging it, cut it to the desired length with the help of scissors. There will be no removal from the cut areas. Have a nice day.

Translated by Google

Is there one with a shorter width? I want to buy 2 wings for my kitchen and install them. Otherwise, if we cut this length in half, will there be a problem with the part attached to the cornice? I wonder how it can be washed? It wouldn't be too tangled in the machine, right?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Type rope model, there is a model with a width of 180 cm, a 100 cm model will be added to stock soon.

Translated by Google

I will order 3 meters of curtains accordingly.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello width 300 cm length around 270-280 cm

Translated by Google

We bought 2 tulle pieces of 300*270 cm on August 25th, we just opened them today. You sent us 2 tulle pieces of 1.90*2.70 cm. They came in small width. Can you help us?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, if there is a problem, it is written on the explanation sheet that needs to be done, please apply it.

Translated by Google

Hello, is it possible to find 3.60 height in rope curtains?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello unfortunately it is not possible

Translated by Google

We can cut it from the bottom, but if it is wide, can we cut it?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, you can cut it either lengthwise or lengthwise, but after hanging it in place, make sure it is in place before cutting it. Frequently used products look fuller, maybe you will give up cutting them. Have a nice day. Best wishes.

Translated by Google

Hello, do you have a width of 320 cm?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

No, unfortunately, you can buy 2 pieces of 190 cm.

Translated by Google

Hello, is there a chance to buy it with a length of 3 m?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, width is 300 cm, height is 280 cm, unfortunately we do not have the chance to increase it.

Translated by Google

Hello, is there a version with a width of 4 m?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello unfortunately

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

hello, 3 meters is more than the width of my window. can it be cut in half? not from height but from hand
