Product Q&As

How should you wash?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, we send you a washing bag as a gift. If you follow the description instructions to wash the product together with your other laundry, there will be no problem, like your other curtains, you can hang it slightly damp. Have a nice day.

Translated by Google

Is it 300 280 in size?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, width is 300 cm and height is 280 cm.

Translated by Google

Hello, do you have 300e 260?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, when we send the products, we send the tape at the bottom without cutting it, so that the products do not mix with each other and the ceiling lengths are different. Please, after hanging it, cut it to the desired length with the help of scissors. There will be no removal from the cut areas. Have a nice day.

Translated by Google

Hello, my balcony gets a lot of sun. Will it have any effect?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

It blocks the sun, but if it is under too much sun, it will lose color.

Translated by Google

Hello, good luck. Isn't this product a thick cut curtain? It's not glittery. I don't want glitter because I want it to be in the form of a wide rope. Is this product correct?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, the product is not glittery, the product is in 2 mm flat strips.

Translated by Google

Hello, what is the thickness of the product? Is it thin or medium?

Hello, I will buy 9 meters for my terrace, but are the dimensions standard?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, the products are prepared as standard in 3 meters. Unfortunately, there is no separate size. This provides an advantage when you need to collect it. If it is in one piece, it may not be possible to collect it. These products have the ability to be collected up to 50 cm.

Translated by Google

Hello, I can adjust the width by cutting it, right? I have two windows and I want to divide them in half.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

You can adjust the width or length after hanging it and seeing it. The products have the feature of being able to be gathered up to 50 cm. Hang it in place and see, maybe you will give up cutting it. It will look fuller more often. If you decide to cut it, there are spare buttons in the package you receive. Install them on the head parts of the cut, so that there will be no sagging or gaps.

Translated by Google

Is it 3 meters wide and is the product glittery?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

What is your height?

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Width 300 cm length 280 cm

Translated by Google

I'm going to buy it for a balcony with 5 glass windows. I wonder if this size would be about one and a half meters.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

"Hello, you wrote 1.5 meters for the 5-pane balcony. The width of this product is 300 cm and the length is 280 cm. After hanging it, you can adjust it by cutting it with a pair of scissors to the size you want. However, we could not understand how much you need in terms of width. I'm sorry, please decide the width of the curtain accordingly."" Have a nice day with our wishes"

Translated by Google

Hello, the product is very complicated, I wonder how I can open it, I couldn't figure it out.

Answer from AKÇA TEKSTİL

Hello, the part where the buttons are located comes as a separate package. If you open it, it can be mixed. Open it and attach it directly to the cornice. It will open more easily. There is a joining tape at the bottom. You must open the gaps between them. Then you can adjust the length by cutting it. There will be absolutely no disassembly from the cut areas.
