Hello Trendyol Customer Support, I ordered this perfume from Trendyol, but unfortunately, the product quality is very poor. The spray is not working properly. Instead of spraying a fine mist, the perfume comes out in drops, and it leaves stains on my apron/clothes. I am very disappointed with this product. I did not expect this kind of quality. I would like to request a replacement or a refund. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I ordered Afnan Supremacy Collector’s Edition 100ml perfume. Unfortunately, after opening and testing it, I noticed that the smell and projection are very different from the original product, and I believe the item may not be genuine or may have a quality issue. I would like to return the perfume and request a refund. Please guide me through the return process and let me know if you need any photos, videos, or other information from me. Thank you.
