Product Q&As

Is it suitable for use in an indoor salon?

**** **** - 19 December 2025

Answer from Sporvol

Hello, the product is not suitable for use in closed rooms because it has nails.

Translated by Google

So why is it transparent in the product picture?

**** **** - 30 October 2025

Answer from Sporvol

It is made of plastic, not transparent, sir.

Translated by Google

He wears normal shoes, what size should we buy?

**** **** - 17 December 2025

Answer from Sporvol

Hello, for users who wear **size 40** in normal daily shoes, it is generally appropriate to choose **size 40** in the adidas **F50 Club FG/MG** crampon model. Since crampons are designed to hug the foot, it is not recommended to buy them too loosely in terms of performance. However, if you have wide feet or want a more comfortable feeling, the half size larger option can also be considered.

Translated by Google

Foot length is 23 cm, what size should we buy?

**** **** - 16 December 2025

Answer from Sporvol

Hello, for users with a foot length of 23 cm, **size 38 ⅔** is generally recommended in adidas men's crampon models. We would like to remind you that the crampons are produced in a form that wraps the foot due to their structure and that not leaving too much space during use is important in terms of performance. If you prefer a more comfortable fit, you may consider a size up, but for standard use, size 38 ⅔ will be suitable.

Translated by Google

I want to buy the one with a transparent sole. If you have a model, can you send it?

**** **** - 29 November 2025

Answer from Sporvol

Hello, we do not have the same model with a transparent sole.

Translated by Google

Hello, can shoes be used on turf?

**** **** - 27 November 2025

Answer from Sporvol

This model features an FG/MG sole and is designed for hybrid surfaces, combining natural grass and artificial turf. While it can be used on turf fields, the TF sole is the ideal choice, so expect faster wear and tear when used on turf.

Translated by Google

Is the sole transparent? In the comments with pictures, some of them did not come with transparent soles.

**** **** - 30 October 2025

Answer from Sporvol

Hello, the sole is not transparent, the sole is as you see in the comments.
