adidas C Ess Crw 3P Socks

Size M is between 40-42

I bought 2 products from this company at a discount, one is an adidas F50 League children's cleats and the other is a black adidas 3-pack socks. When I opened the package of the socks, I saw that the product I wore had a tear at the toe. Likewise, the cleats were worn for a maximum of 30 minutes on the first day my son wore them on the field. I saw that there was a tear at the tip and a tear at the toe, where the leather part at the joint with the sole was torn. I immediately sent the products to the company and was kept waiting for a long time for review. They sent the 3-pack of socks back, saying that we would damage it when we opened it, but I had no way of seeing that the socks were like this without opening them. If it was for shoes, I was kept waiting for a while, saying that it was sent to the Adidas company, and it was sent back with both the bottom sole opened and torn, saying that there was a usage error in the (30-minute used product). Even though I sent the product in a box, the product arrived in a bag carelessly. Even though I asked them to send the review report of the adidas company, they sent me a ridiculous report on a fake A3 paper with the adidas logo on top and the company's stamp and signatures. They have strengthened the fact that the products sold by this company are not original, with this move. I think fake products are sold under the name of an adidas dealer. I do not think that ADIDAS is a company that is so careless about its customers and will not stand by the quality of its products. I have shopped at adidas before and even if I had problems, they were always solution-oriented. I definitely do not recommend the company. stay away. While Trendyol used to be customer-oriented and interested in solving problems, this time they chose to act as if they were not concerned about the issue for some reason.
