I had tried the product in the store. I bought it online because it was convenient. They are an extremely comfortable shoe, and they are very nice. I really love it. It's just that it looks a bit bulky when you look at it from the top, but it's not bulky from the hand. I normally wear a half size larger, but it fit just as I wanted. You can also buy them in your exact size 10/10
