the activity of establishing rules to fill the legal void of the judge is also called the creation of law by the judge. The subject of the second clause is the rule (principle) of honesty, the subject of the third clause is goodness, the subject of the fourth clause is the discretion of the judge. Article 5 regulates the relationship between the turkish civil code and the turkish bankruptcy law. Article 6 concerns the distribution of the proof burden, while article 7 deals with the validity of official documents and deeds.
