    Translated by Google

Is it suitable for machine washing?

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello, we do not recommend putting our enamel products in the machine for long-term use. You can use it in good quality for a longer time by hand washing. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. We wish you a nice day.

    Translated by Google

    Translated by Google

    Doesn't it have a cover?

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello, our product has a cover. We wish you a nice day.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can we boil milk in it? If we boil it, will the skin peel off or will it be damaged?

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello 🌸 Yes, you can boil milk in this enamel pot. The enamel coating is suitable for contact with food and does not peel off when used correctly. Just a little reminder for long-lasting use: We recommend using the stove on medium-low heat, not heating it empty when there is no liquid inside, and choosing a wooden or silicone spoon instead of metal. This way you can use it safely and with pleasure. 😊

    Translated by Google

Good day, the lid of this product is shaking, but is it normal?

    Answer from Acar Home

A slight gap or wobble in the lid of the Feel Good Enamel Bakraç – 20 cm product is normal in some models. However, if there is excessive play, please kindly advise us with the condition with the image.

    Translated by Google

Hello, it fits 5 liters of milk, but can it fit inside? Does it have a volume? Can you please get back to me early?

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello, our product holds 4.5 liters. We wish you a good day.

    Translated by Google

Hello, the diameter of the pot's mouth and its height are not the same. You answered all the comments as 20 cm. May I know the height and the diameter of the mouth? It is important.

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello, the product size is 20 cm. The product volume is 4.5 L. Unfortunately, product diameter information has not yet been determined. It will be among the product features as soon as possible. We wish you a nice day.

    Translated by Google

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it only for fermenting yoghurt or making food-style things?

    Answer from Acar Home

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello, the product volume is 4.35 L. We wish you a nice day.

    Translated by Google

Please answer my question, no one gives correct information and they don't know, my question is very simple, actually what is the height of the lid when it is closed, including the handle of the lid, in cm. I really want to buy it, but if it doesn't go in the refrigerator, it won't be useful to me. I will buy it for yogurt. height is very important. I'm asking about the length, not the diameter.

Does the wood on the handle burn in the stove? Does it hold the bottom while boiling the milk?

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello, the wooden handle may become hot or damaged when exposed to direct heat on the stove for a long time. Therefore, we do not recommend leaving it on high heat for a long time. You would be safer using it on medium/low heat. When boiling milk, the bottom holding depends more on the heat setting and stirring in enamel pots. If you cook over medium-low heat and stir occasionally, you can largely prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

Hello, you wrote that you can boil milk on the stove, but the wooden handle of the product is down, won't it burn on the stove?

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello, the product is suitable for use on the stove. The wooden handle is positioned so that it does not directly contact the heat. It does not burn under normal use. However, it is not recommended to use it for a long time at high temperature and the handle is placed on the flame. You can safely use it on low-medium heat. Have a nice day.

    Answer from Acar Home

Hello Our product is made of heat-resistant material and with proper use, there will be no burning or paint peeling on its outer surface. It retains its color for a long time when used on medium heat without leaving it empty. Avoiding excessive high temperature is enough to maintain the shape and appearance of the product.
