Can it be used by those with bone loss?
Answer from 801BYTUGCE
Hello; Coffee is not completely prohibited for individuals with bone loss (osteoporosis), but the amount and method of consumption are very important. Caffeine can reduce calcium absorption. Too much caffeine (especially more than 3 cups of coffee/day) can increase calcium excretion in urine. Which can have a negative impact on bone density in the long run. Safe amount: 1–2 cups (150–200 ml) per day is considered safe. My suggestion to you is to consume it with milk.
Translated by Google
