37Numara Large size eva sole genuine leather boots 41-42-43-44-brown suede

I have bought other shoes from this seller and was very pleased with their quality. But I cannot say the same for this boot unfortunately. When I opened the package, I was first shocked by the bulges on the upper sides of the boots. I didn't wonder if it was a used product. There is a slight opening where the bottom sole of the right boot meets another thin sole. There is darkening in some parts of the suede, I don't know if the leather has vomited or not. And when I put the boot on my foot, I felt an incredible discomfort in its sole. It was as if there were no insoles under my foot, the middle part of my foot sank and the sides lifted up. Well, it was very uncomfortable. There were insoles at home, I felt relieved when I put them on. Since I was satisfied with the seller's other products, I did not think of returning it this time. I hope what I have written will be taken seriously and necessary care will be taken for future orders.
