Product Q&As
What is the code of steel?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, number 304 is 18/8 food compatible 100% stainless steel

Does the product leak? Is it also suitable for use without a straw?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, the product never leaks when the straw cap is closed/locked, it is dual-use. It is suitable for drinking both with its inner straw and by sewing the straw out.
Translated by Google
Actually, what I'm talking about is that there is a piece of plastic in front of the water drinking part, there is a hole in that plastic and water flows from there drop by drop. Is it normal?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, the hole you mentioned is there to provide the air needed to draw water when you use it with an inner straw. If the inner straw is used by sewing while it is inside the product, drops will come from this air hole. Since it is a dual-use product, it does not leak or drip even if you turn it upside down when you leave the inner straw out of use.

When you turn it upside down, water flows out. Is it normal for the transparent plug in front of the straw?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, the product is dual-use. When you use it by removing the inner straw and sewing it, there will be no leakage. If you want to use it by sewing, you can remove the inner straw and use it. Wishing you to use it on beautiful days.
