I never received my order. Its been around 3 weeks of follow up and Trendyol doesn’t seem to take my concern seriously. They have neither refunded me for the loss of order or sent me my dresses. I have been relentlessly chatting with Trendyol Assistant chat and they all seem to promise an action but have consistently failed. Meanwhile one agent on Trendyol Assistant mentioned that now my Account related to Payment is blocked. They assured they will check and inquire and return back to me by email or phone call. It has been few days I haven’t heard back. I never experienced such scam previously. How can a customer be treated so badly? No one is customer service is resolving my issue. Wonder if any other customer is facing this issue. I am also thinking of sharing my plight on Social media so to warn other potential customers from being scammed.
