Before first use, remove the protective cap. Hold the bottle upright and pump the nozzle several times until a fine mist appears (this primes the pump). Blow your nose gently to clear nostrils. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, aiming slightly away from the center (toward the outer wall). Close the other nostril with your finger. Spray once while inhaling gently through your nose. Repeat for the other nostril if needed. Adults and children over 6 years: 1 spray per nostril, up to 3 times daily as needed. Do not exceed 3 sprays per nostril in 24 hours. Use for no more than 5–7 days to avoid rebound congestion. Special Notes: Suitable for adults and school-age children (over 6 years). Use with caution in babies/young infants—consult a doctor. Clean the nozzle after use with a tissue and replace the cap. Discard 8 weeks after opening. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25 degreeC, used within 6 months after first opening.
