Instructions for Use/Warnings
How to use: The usual dose is one 120 mg capsule taken with each of the three main Meals. It can be taken immediately before, during, or up to one hour after a meal. Caution & Warnings: If you miss a main meal, or if you have a meal containing no fat, need not be taken. Orlistat interferes with your body's absorption of some fat-soluble vitamins, therefore you should take a daily multivitamin supplement that contains vitamins A, D, E and K and beta carotene once a day at least 2 hours before or after taking Orlistat. The most common side effects are wind, with or without oily spotting, sudden or more frequent bowel motions and soft stools.
