Product Q&As
Hello, does water temperature have an effect on the baby? Can it be made warm?
Answer from VOSVOSBABYY
Hello. Normal tap water at room temperature is fine, cold or hot will affect the freezing time. Before applying, you can do a small test by dipping the baby's hand into the water.

Hello, when I looked at the pictures of the people who bought the product, I wondered why the hands and feet were full of holes.
Answer from VOSVOSBABYY
Hello: Bumps occur due to the second stage being rushed a little. When the first stage is done carefully and quickly, and the second stage is done just as slowly, more efficient results arise. You must read the manual before starting the application.

Even though I added water according to the recipe, there was a liquid accumulation in the mold and it increased as I waited. The measurement stated as 3 water glasses. So ? ? How many ml were supposed to put? ?
Answer from VOSVOSBABYY
The standard water glass is 200ml, you can pour out the excess water after removing your hand from the mold, it won't cause any harm. Then you can pour the 2nd stage casting powder

Does it freeze quickly? Is it okay if I do it while my baby is sleeping? Will it not spoil for life?
Answer from VOSVOSBABYY
Hello: The freezing time is approximately 2-3 minutes. If they are a heavy sleeper, you can do it while they're asleep. If they are a light sleeper, they might wake up because the water will be cold at room temperature. It lasts a lifetime if it is not exposed to any drops or impacts...
