Hello, in auto-immune diseases, correcting the health of the intestinal flora can have positive effects. It may benefit. Healthy and happy days…

Hello, you can use it together. Prebiotics create a good synergy because they nourish probiotics. Healthy and happy days...

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. The effect of prebiotic fibers containing acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin, like Fibrilin, is primarily related to their fermentation in the gut. Therefore, whether you take it on a full or empty stomach doesn't determine the absorption, the prebiotic effect continues even when you take it on a full stomach. Our general recommendation is to use it in the morning or at noon, at the same time each day. You can take it on an empty stomach, but if you are prone to gastrointestinal sensitivity, it may be more comfortable to take it with a meal or after a meal. You can consume the sachet by mixing it with a glass of water, milk, or yogurt; the important thing is to use it regularly throughout the day. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, no, it will not have any negative effects. You can use it comfortably. We wish you healthy and happy days...

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Prebiotic fiber products like Fiberlin are long-lasting supports; however, we generally prefer their use with a curing logic. After using it regularly for about 3 months (3 boxes), you can stop for 1 month, and if necessary, you can continue with a 3-month course again. In this way, you both maintain the support of the intestinal flora and provide the body with the opportunity to rest from time to time. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hi, yes it can clump in cold drinks as the product is all natural. You can mix it in yogurt. Filter coffee or tea can be. Of course it mixes better in a 1 mug cup. Healthy and happy days...

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Each sachet at Fibrelin contains a total of 5 grams, which is equivalent to 5000 mg of prebiotic fiber complex. About 4000 mg of this is acacia gum, 500 mg is inulin, and 500 mg is resistant dextrin. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, yes, it can clump in cold and warm water because it is a natural fiber blend and does not contain any auxiliary substances. We recommend mixing it with coffee, tea, hot water or hot drinks. We wish you healthy and happy days...

Hi, you bring up a very good point 🌿 Fibrelin is a prebiotic effective fiber mixture and contains inulin, acacia gum, and resistant dextrin. These types of soluble fiber support the digestive system by nourishing the intestinal flora; however, effects such as temporary gas, bloating or increased bowel movements may occur, especially in people who are new to taking fiber supplements. This is more about the side effect of the product-the adaptation process of the intestinal microbiota with these new fibers. Usually within 3–5 days, the body adjusts to this new order and the complaints disappear. To prevent this situation: Starting with half a sachet for the first 3-4 days, then increasing to 1 sachet per day, drinking plenty of water (at least 1-1.5 liters) is quite beneficial. With regular use, these temporary complaints decrease and problems such as bloating subside when the intestinal pattern settles. As the Vitisfera family, we wish you healthy days.

Hello, Fibrelin provides a slight feeling of fullness as it contains 5 grams of fiber in each sachet. Therefore, it is helpful in dieting and also prevents a sudden rise in insulin and blood sugar levels after meals when taken before meals. Healthy and happy days...

Hello, in some sensitive individuals, gas may occur in the first weeks of fiber supplements. We can call it the process of the intestines getting used to it. We recommend that you consume plenty of water especially during this period. We wish you healthy and happy days...

Hello, your questions are answered by expert pharmacists and with their approval. Fibrelin, with its acacia fibers (Fibregum) content, ® ), inulin and resistant dextrin (Fibersol ® ) helps control appetite by increasing feelings of fullness in the stomach and can significantly reduce cravings, especially for sudden urges for sweets and carbohydrates. Fiber creates bulk in the stomach, slows down the emptying process, and helps maintain a more stable blood sugar level. This is one of nature's most effective mechanisms for curbing those sudden, overwhelming food cravings throughout the day. With regular use, many users report feeling fuller for longer, spacing out their meals and reducing unnecessary snacking. If you have episodes of emotional or stress-related binge eating, Fibrelin can be very supportive in breaking this cycle. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, our product contains 30 sachets. Each sachet contains 4 grams of acacia gum, 500 mg of inulin and 500 mg of resistant dextrin. It does not contain any other ingredients or auxiliary substances. Healthy and happy days...

Hello, yes, the product has a halal certificate. There is also a halal stamp on the box. It is a prebiotic fiber complex that supports intestinal health. We wish you healthy and happy days...

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Fiberlin is an all-natural prebiotic fiber complex containing acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin. These fibers retain volume and water in the intestines, helping to soften the stool and support the natural rhythm of bowel movements. Synthetic, stimulant-based constipation medications don't work by forcing the intestinal nerves, so they're not expected to cause long-term laziness in the gut. Its effect is supportive, similar to a diet rich in fiber; with regular use, it positively supports bowel movements, and once discontinued, only this support is removed, without creating any extra "lag." We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, you can store it at room temperature. It is already consumed with hot drinks. Therefore, there is no distortion. Healthy and happy days…

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. The acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin in Fiberlin are gut-friendly fibers and are suitable for regular use. We do not expect any general harm in using it every day for a long time. "Although, our practical suggestion for supplement products to give the intestinal flora a ""breath"" is as follows: After using it regularly for about 3 months as 1 sachet per day, you can take a break for about 1 month and continue to use it again as needed." We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Yes, Fibrelin dissolves much better in hot water. Due to its natural fiber structure, clumping and incomplete dissolution may occur in cold and warm water, which is normal. When you add it to hot water, tea, or coffee, it disperses more evenly and is more comfortable to drink. Adding a sachet to your hot drink and stirring for 20–30 seconds is usually sufficient. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Yes, there is no harm in keeping it in the drink; since it is a fiber mixture, its structure does not deteriorate after contact with water. However, this product does not form a completely transparent solution like classic powdered drinks-the acacia gam, inulin and resistant dextrin are natural fibers, some of which remain suspended, and some of which can settle to the bottom, like a light sediment. If you wait too long, the sediment at the bottom of the glass will increase, and you may need to stir it again while drinking. For ease of use, it is generally sufficient to add the sachet to warm-hot water, coffee or tea and stir well for about 20-30 seconds; leaving a few small particles does not reduce the fiber effect of the product. If you're using it in a cold beverage, it might take a little longer to dissolve, so you can wait a bit longer, stir it again right before drinking, and then enjoy. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Yes, you can add the saffy directly into the boiled water. This product is completely fiber blend, so it will not deteriorate with temperature, on the contrary, it will dissolve in hot water much better. We generally recommend the following method for practical use: Pour boiling water into a cup, let it sit for 1-2 minutes, then add the sachet and stir well. Consume while the drink is still warm to hot. It provides a more comfortable use if you do not wait for it to cool down too much, as its solubility may decrease as it cools. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. The acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin in Fiberlin are all-natural, water-soluble dietary fibers. These fibers absorb water and swell when in contact with liquid, especially in thick foods like yogurt and kefir. Therefore, it is completely normal to see lumps, it does not mean a deterioration in the product. To make it easier to use, you can prepare a small "pre-mix" by quickly mixing a small amount of water, milk, or buttermilk in a separate container and then adding it to the yogurt or kefir. Or sprinkle the product little by little over the yogurt and incorporate it also at the same time, this will reduce noticeably the lumps. Consuming it by thoroughly mixing in more fluid drinks (like a large glass of ayran/kefir, hot tea or coffee) is also a practical solution. There is no harm in consuming the small fiber clumps that form in this way; this appearance is a result of the natural structure of the fibers. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Yes, you can easily consume Fibrelin by mixing it with your granulated coffee. Simply add 1 sachet to your hot water-brewed coffee and stir. This ensures the fibers dissolve properly and their taste blends seamlessly into your coffee. You don't have to use it the same way every day. The important thing is that you take a total of 1 sachet per day. If you like, you can continue with coffee every day, or you can use it by mixing it with tea, hot water, yoghurt, kefir, ayran or smoothie on some days. You can take it any time of the day, hungry or full. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Fibrelin is a sachet product containing entirely fiber and prebiotics, and is suitable for adults aged 24 and over. Standard usage: 1 sachet once a day. You can consume it by pouring the sachet into a glass of water, herbal tea, milk, or yogurt/smoothie and mixing it well. It would be more comfortable to use it preferably after meals, on a full stomach. The box contains 30 sachets; with regular use, one box provides approximately one month of support. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Fibrelin is a prebiotic fiber complex containing acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin. These fibers support the microbiota by nourishing beneficial bacteria in the gut, strengthen the intestinal barrier, and contribute to a more balanced functioning of the immune system. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. The temperature of the liquid is important. It is very normal to see clumps in room temperature or cold water because Fiberlin is a completely natural fiber blend and there are no additional auxiliary agents in it that facilitate dissolving. This is about the structure of the fibers, not something to worry about. The most practical and comfortable way to use it is to add 1 sachet to a mug of hot water, coffee or tea and mix well. The solubility in warm-hot drinks is noticeably increased, the caking is reduced. If you want, you can add it to yogurt, smoothies, ayran or kefir; in this case, the container is a little large and mixing it for a long time will homogenize the mixture. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. The standard usage of Fibrelin is 1 sachet per day. Instead of buying the sachet separately and drinking water on top, it is sufficient to mix it in 1 large glass (approximately 200-250 ml) of warm-hot water, tea or coffee and drink it that way. You are not required to drink an extra cup of water on it. You can take it on an empty or full stomach, it doesn't matter. When taken on an empty stomach, it can also provide a slight feeling of fullness due to its fiber content. If you are just starting out, it is more appropriate to use 1 sachet per day for the first week, to allow your intestines to get used to the amount of fiber. If you feel good, you can increase to 2 sachets a day; it would be more comfortable to divide it into two, for example, in the morning and in the evening. Do not pour the sachet directly into your mouth. Always mix it with hot water, coffee, or a food item like yogurt, buttermilk, or kefir before consuming. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. You can use the three products together, the ideal routine can be as follows: It is appropriate to take 1 Resveratrol shot per day, in the morning or at noon, about 30 minutes after breakfast or lunch. You can use Bromag with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, 30 minutes before meals or at least 2 hours after meals, preferably on an empty stomach with water. You can use Fibrelin at any time of the day, whether you are hungry or full, if you want, along with meals. One sachet a day is sufficient; you can consume it by mixing it with a glass of hot water, tea or coffee, or by adding it to yogurt. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. You can easily consume it with yoghurt or kefir. You can use the sachet directly by mixing it into your yogurt or kefir, or you can dissolve the product in water and consume it with your yogurt/kefir. Yogurt and kefir are good sources of probiotics, and Fibrelin, which contains prebiotic fibers, is very compatible for your intestinal flora when used together. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. It's okay to add it to your cold coffee, but since the product has a fibrous structure, it doesn't dissolve well in cold drinks and may cause clumping. The ideal use is to first add it to 1 cup of warm-hot coffee or water and after completely dissolving it, if you want, you can add ice to it and drink it as cold coffee. Alternatively, you can easily consume it by mixing it with yogurt. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Fibrelin is a prebiotic fiber complex containing acacia gum, inulin and resistant dextrin, suitable for long-term use for daily fiber/prebiotic support. Our general recommendation is to use it regularly for at least 2-3 months, with 1 sachet per day (with or after a meal). Practically speaking, think of it as a course of treatment: After using it regularly for about 3 months, you can take a break for 1 month, and then repeat the same 3-month + 1-month cycle as needed. It is mostly used for general intestinal and fiber support, and for those who want to use it in maintenance doses, it can be preferred to continue daily or every other day for a longer period without interruption; the important thing here is not to exceed the daily dose amount written on the product label. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Pickle provides probiotic support as a fermented food; Fibrelin, on the other hand, is a prebiotic fiber blend consisting of acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin, which acts as the "food" for these beneficial bacteria. Therefore, their combined use is generally compatible, expecting a stabilizing effect rather than overworking the intestines. Prebiotic fibers balance the volume and consistency of feces by retaining water in the intestine. For some people, it makes going to the bathroom a little easier, for others it just provides more comfort and the feeling of a full emptying. Initially, there might be a slight gurgling or gas-like sensation, but the body mostly adjusts within a few days. For a more stable effect, Fibrelin is generally used as 1 sachet per day. If you already consume pickles regularly and your gut is very sensitive, it will be enough to use 1 sachet 3-4 days a week (for example every other day); if you feel good, you can increase it to every day. Thus, you will comfortably receive both probiotic support from the pickle and prebiotic fiber support from Fibrelin together. You can consume the sachet in one go, by mixing it with water or a drink like yogurt/curd. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. You can easily use Fibrelin whether you're hungry or full, or even with meals. The recommended dose for support is 1 sachet per day; it's best to take it at the same time each day. You can drink it with water; it's especially easier to dissolve if you mix it with 1 cup of warm or hot water. If you want, you can mix it into tea, coffee, or yogurt. It is normal to have slight clumping in very cold water. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, I think your question was answered from the other question. Stay healthy

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. "The box for Fibrelin states ""11 years and older"" due to ministry regulations; however, doctors can use it in lower doses for children aged 4-11." Our general recommendation for 8 year olds is to use half a sachet once a day. You can mix half a sachet into water, milk, ayran, fruit juice, or yogurt and drink it. It can be taken on a full or empty stomach; most families prefer to use it after breakfast or after lunch. It's best to give it to them at the same times each day, as close as possible, for better bowel regularity. It is preferred to use it regularly for at least 2-3 months for more noticeable prebiotic and fiber support; after that, you can take a break for 1 month and continue as a new course if you wish. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Fibrelin is a natural prebiotic fiber blend containing acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin. It's generally well-tolerated and contains no added excipients. However, as with any natural ingredient, some individuals may experience sensitivity or skin reactions similar to allergies to one of the active fibers. The appearance of redness, like a fly bite, the next day after each drink, and its disappearance when you take a break, but its return in the same way when you start again, significantly increases the possibility that this condition is related to Fibrelin. In this case, it would be safest to stop using the product completely and discontinue its use altogether. It wouldn't be right to force your body to "get used to" it; if you try again, there's a high probability that you'll experience a similar or even more noticeable reaction. Existing redness usually tends to subside within a few days after discontinuing the product. If it becomes too uncomfortable, it may be helpful to consult your nearest pharmacist and show them the situation. If you're considering taking fiber supplements in the future, we recommend paying particular attention to the acacia gum/inulin/resistant dextrin content. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. You can use the fiberlin sachets any time of the day. It is suitable to be taken on an empty stomach, full stomach, or with meals; if you have a sensitive stomach, it may be more comfortable to take it after meals. Users typically incorporate it into their morning or midday routine, making regular use easier; the key is to ensure you take it at roughly the same time each day. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. The clumping you might experience with this product is actually due to its formulation. It's a completely fiber-based blend of acacia gum, inulin, and resistant dextrin, with no added solubilizers to make it dissolve easily. So when mixed into cold or warm drinks, clumping can be seen. The most comfortable ways to use it can be explained as follows: You can add one sachet to a cup of hot tea, coffee or hot water and consume it by mixing thoroughly for at least 30 seconds. It is very important that the drink is hot, if it is warm or cold, it may not be fully dissolved again. It's also super convenient to use with yogurt instead of a drink: Simply pour one sachet into a bowl of yogurt, kefir, or ayran and mix well with a spoon until smooth. Generally, this is the most comfortable way to use it, almost no lumps are felt. If you use it with one of these methods when you buy it again, you won't have to throw it away, you can comfortably benefit from the fiber support. We wish you healthy and happy days.

Hello, your question is answered by consulting our expert pharmacists. Fibrelin is suitable for use in the range of 1-3 sachets per day, depending on daily fiber needs. 3 sachets is a dose close to the upper limit for the product and can be preferred during periods that require short-term, more intense fiber support. Generally, 1 sachet is considered sufficient for daily support, but it can be increased to 2 sachets if needed. If you're planning to use three sachets, it's best to ease your body into it. Start with one sachet for a few days, then move to two, and gradually work your way up to three for a more comfortable experience. It is enough not to exceed 3 bottles per day in total. We wish you healthy and happy days.
