Translated by Google

What does M,L fit mean?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, there is a relationship between your body measurements and the height and firmness of the pillow that suits you, providing a better sleeping position. If your body size is L or XL, meaning if you usually buy size L (Large) or XL (Extra Large) when buying T-shirts, we recommend this pillow for you. If you have a different body size, you can see the recommended pillow models from our Viscomavi store.

Translated by Google

Hello, is it good for snoring problem?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, it is not right for us to give you advice on health issues. You can consult an expert doctor or make your choice by reviewing our comments. We wish you healthy days.

Translated by Google

How do I choose my own size?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, we recommend that you choose the pillow recommended for size L if you buy products such as T-shirts or sweaters in size L, for example.

Translated by Google

Hello, we used marmaris, what is the difference between didim and the two? What effect does having an air duct have?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, Didim and Marmaris are the same size, as you stated, the Marmaris model has air channels, this increases the air circulation inside the pillow. The Didim model also has internal air circulation because its foam structure is air permeable. The covers of Marmaris and Didim are different from each other. The Marmaris model has a more breathable cotton cover suitable for its structure, while the Didim has a lined cover and a Tencel content cover that is thicker and has the ability to absorb and release moisture as much as cotton. It has a structure that returns more quickly to Didem when the load on Marmaris is left, Didim returns to its initial state more slowly. This difference is due to the fact that Marmaris has air ducts.

pillow, scrunchy sponge or whole sponge?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello sir, the whole piece is viscose. Healthy days

Translated by Google

Hello, as the chubby classic visco pillows are sent and vacuumed, will stopping them for a few months affect their shape or comfort?

Hello, keeping it in its packaging for a few months will not cause any problems or loss of comfort. We recommend that you do not leave it for more than three months.

Translated by Google

I don't want it to collapse like Marmaris, but I want a comfortable, higher pillow like that, which one should I buy?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, our Cunda model provides a higher lying position than Marmaris. Unfortunately, we do not have a hard pillow.

Translated by Google

Not high, not medium

Answer from VISCOMAVI

It is 15 cm high, but it takes shape when laid down, it is not hard.

Translated by Google

Hello, I have a neck pain. I have size S M. I have a habit of putting my arm/hand under my pillow. Which pillow do you recommend?

Hello, we recommend Foça, Salda and Bodrum models for sizes S-M.

Translated by Google

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, our Marmaris models are classic pillows. Our Alanya, Bodrum, Side, Dalyan, Foca, Datça and Salda models are in the ergonomic category. We wish you healthy days

Translated by Google

I need a visco pillow that is 40 by 50 cm. Which model can I buy?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, we have a 35x55 Bodrum model

Translated by Google

Hi I am looking for pillow not too high and not too low but also not too hard and not too soft. Is this pillow

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hi, yes I think it fits your requests.

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, yes only the cover can be removed and washed, the foam material is not suitable for washing. Under normal circumstances, thanks to its antibacterial structure, visco foam does not produce bacteria.

Translated by Google

Hello, which pillow should a 140 kg person buy? I like high pillows. Should I also buy a cover?

Translated by Google

Hello, I bought an Assos and Marmaris pillow. The softness of Assos is very good. Marmaris is harder. Now I am thinking of the Didim model. How is its softness? Is it soft like Assos or hard like Marmaris?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, the hardness of our pillows is similar. Our pillows are not hard. Assos and Didim hardnesses are also close to each other. Thank you very much for your interest in our products.

Translated by Google

Hello, What is the height of the pillow in inches? How many grams does it weigh? How is the firmness case? Would it help with snoring and sleep apnea? Or what is your best fit and recommend pillow for snoring?

Answer from VISCOMAVI

Hello, height 15 cm, weight 1150 gr, medium softness. It is not right for us to advise on snoring and sleep apnea. However, for a comfortable lying position, you can choose the model with neck support that is at the appropriate height for your body. In parallel with the size of the body, from the lowest to the highest, Datça is 10, Foça is 10, Salda is 11, Dalyan and Side is 12, Alanya is 13 cm. If your size is small, I can suggest you choose low, if big, choose higher model.
