Product Q&As
Hello, is the product for both hot and cold use? How many hours does it keep hot and cold? Also, does it leak? 1. I'm thinking of buying it for my son who is starting school, but it's important whether it leaks or not. Is the steel double layered?
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir, yes it is for both hot and cold, do not use a straw for hot drinks. It definitely does not leak and the steel is double layered.

Do you have to pull the straw by hand or does it open when you press somewhere?
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir, you need to lift the mouth of the straw up with your hand. It is manual.

When you blow it, the air goes away and it doesn't touch the base, but I did something, I think there is a plastic thing on the tip to prevent water from leaking, it ejects itself when you blow it, but when you pull it, it closes the mouth completely, so I pushed it in with a toothpick and now water comes out. Of course, I don't know if it's true :)
Answer from Keep Smile
Hello sir again. Most likely the air hole is what you are talking about. If you opened it, the problem should be resolved. If the water does not come, sir, rest assured, we will help you, but our only request is that you immediately inform us as soon as you experience the problem. Hoping to use it in good days...
