To use, download the "Smart Life" app, turn on the smart plug, open the app, click add device, and connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. For Alexa, connect the plug to the Smart Life app, then open the Alexa app, go to "Skills & Games", find and enable "Smart Life" skill, and log in. The plug is made of ABS and PC flame retardant material for safety. Use the countdown function to avoid overcharging mobile phones and protect appliances. A Child Lock feature is included for child protection. This is a 13A smart plug (2860W); ensure connected home appliances are less than 2860W. Do not use with appliances exceeding this power rating, such as some water heaters or air conditioners. No gateway is required; it works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
