Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out. We understand your concern, and we’re here to help. The product you received is not an old model — it fully supports Android 13, and all functions work after a proper reset. Sometimes, during the first setup, a few features may not respond correctly, but this is easily fixable. Please try the following quick steps: 1. Perform a full factory reset from Settings → System → Reset Options. 2. Connect to a stable Wi-Fi and allow the device to update apps automatically. 3. YouTube and other apps can be installed directly from the Play Store after the initial update. Once these steps are completed, the device works smoothly. Most customers who faced similar issues were able to use it perfectly afterward. We kindly request you to try these steps before returning the item — we are confident the device will work as expected. If you still need help, we are here to support you anytime. Thank you for your understanding. ---

--- Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. I understand your concern, and I want to clarify that the product you received does include the voice‑search function. The device has a microphone button, and by pressing it, you can speak your search commands instead of typing. This is the voice‑control feature described in the listing. We are not misleading customers in any way. If a customer ever feels the product is not as expected, they always have the option to return the item for a full refund, so there is no possibility of being misled. Thank you for your understanding. ---

Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that your TV Stick is restarting repeatedly. Please try the following steps to fix the issue:1) Power Reset: Unplug the TV Stick from the power for 2–3 minutes, then plug it back in. 2) Use Original Adapter: Please make sure you are using the original power adapter and cable, because low power can cause the device to restart. 3) Check Overheating: Ensure the TV Stick is not overheating. If it is placed behind the TV in a tight space, try moving it to a more open area. 4) Update Software: Go to Settings → System Update → Check for updates. Install any available updates. 5) Factory Reset (if issue continues): Go to Settings → Reset → Factory Reset. If the problem still continues, please share a short video of the issue so we can assist you further. Thank you for your cooperation. ---
