Product description

"the american writer jack london (1876 - 1916), one of the most recognized literary figures in the world with novels such as ""call of the wild"", ""white teeth"", ""sea wolf"", ""martin eden"", ""iron heel"", ""cliffhanger people"", ""before adam"", ""moon valley"" and dozens of stories, especially ""burn the fire"", made a strategic decision at a point in his poor life spent working physically in san francisco and engraved this decision on the wall of the miner's cabin he stayed in during the klondike adventure, where he was expelled from gold seeking to wealth: ""jack london miner writer 27 january 1898""."

it was 21 years old.

he didn't find gold, but he discovered the biggest mine of his life: the power of words to express what he had lived, seen and heard, flowing with all the might of his mind and all the excitement of his heart.

the life struggle of people and animals in the frozen lands of the north will spread to the whole world in a few years with the strength of his pen, he will be recognized as a great writer, he will get fame and money.

but jack london never forgot his class rage at the wild capitalism in which he had lived since childhood.

On the one hand, he leads a rich and bohemian life with his artist friends, organizes trips to the southern seas with his yacht, and while establishing his farm, which expanded over a wide area and turned into a huge business over the years, he wrote novels, stories, and essays addressing social injustices and the struggle of the poor and oppressed. As we witnessed in some turkish translations, despite the simplification of the magnificent sentences he established, he always remained young and alive thanks to the solidity and reality of his stories that appeal to the human essence. Despite a century having passed since his death, jack london continues to shine like a beacon.
