The three musketeers is a fascinating novel of love and adventure that is still read with pleasure even two centuries later. Alexandre dumas (july 24, 1802 – december 5, 1870), also known as père, french writer. He is famous for his historical novels of the adventure genre. Thanks to the translation of his works into 100 languages, he managed to become one of the most read french writers. It seemed like the stage was set for another revolutionary endeavor, as if they had returned for a second case of rochelle in meung, the city where the author of roman de la rose was born, on the first monday of april 1625, the day of i baba d'artagnan's three gifts. Seeing women running towards grande-rue and children crying in front of doors, many citizens hurriedly put on their armor and, not knowing whether it would be of any use, rushed to madame franc meunier, where a noisy and curious crowd was gathering, taking their hunting rifles and axes with them. In those days, when such social upheavals were frequent, it was rare to find days when such events were not recorded. Seniors were colliding with each other, the king was warring with the cardinal, the spanish were warring against the king. Outside of these open or hidden, obvious or hidden wars, there were thieves, beggars, huguenots, and rope-runaways who were at war with everyone. The kentish people never stood against the cardinals and the spanish, even if they sometimes struggled with thieves, with the mayor, with the senyors, with the huguenots, and even with the king. And here is the effect of this habit, on the very monday that the word was passed, they ran to madame franc meunier as soon as they heard the noise, because they did not see the yellow-red pennant and the guards of the duke of richelieu.
