a of germany "
Intuition "
It can be said that it contains maybe. In the case of josef k., who faced a charge never explained and directed by an inaccessible authority, a religious or metaphysical authority can also be attributed to the court.
kafka dava does not define the crime only as an act, but also the suspect "
Its badness "
It constructs an absurd legal system paradigm that associates with the crime and focuses more on the criminal than the crime itself. Theoretically, this is a system that enables crime without any illegal action. However, while kafka writes about crime responsibility and freedom, he does not introduce a system or doctrine, nor does he propose a solution. This dark world, which inevitably draws the reader in, has only one feature that is not open to discussion, and that is its ambiguity.
